This comprehensive approach develops a more complete picture of an individual's historical residential leasing behaviors. Services include detailed analyses of past court actions, unlawful detainers, monetary judgments, national eviction database checks, court-ordered possession, and property damage claims.
• Credit reports with FICO Scores are also available, providing a thorough assessment of potential tenants.

The turnaround time (TAT) for receiving a report is typically 1-2 business days. This swift process ensures you can make informed and timely decisions regarding potential tenants.

Applicants will receive an email containing their authorization form for the background check from backgroundcheck@getgbs.com. They are required to sign the authorization forms electronically, provide the necessary information for the background check, and upload a valid government ID. This process is designed to be straightforward and secure, ensuring applicants can easily complete their part in the screening process.

There will be a 3.9% credit card processing fee on all cancelled orders if payment has been made but the applicant has not yet signed their electronic authorization form. No refunds will be issued once the applicant has signed the authorization form and the order status changes to "Processing".
