As a new client, simply select the services you need on our Tenant Screening Checkout page, complete your purchase, and you'll receive an account setup form. You will then gain access to our screening dashboard where you can manage and track your screening orders, authorization forms and more.

The applicant will receive an email from backgroundcheck@getgbs.com with an authorization form. They're required to fill this out, provide the necessary personal information, electronically sign the form, and upload a government ID.

Yes, you can enhance your screening beyond the national database search with a comprehensive county-level criminal investigator search, covering 3 counties for an additional $29.99, to dive deeper into the applicant's history.

The average turnaround time for receiving a screening report is 1 business day, depending on the complexity and breadth of the checks ordered. If an indepth criminal investigator search is added, the report on average takes 2-3 business days.

• There will be a 3.9% credit card processing fee on all cancelled orders after payment is made and applicant has not signed their electronic authorization form.
• No refunds will be given if applicant has signed the authorization form and order status is in "Processing".
